Elijah’s Hope Foundation, Inc. was founded by Cashmere O’Neal and Tamira Dunn after the devastating loss of their son on October 15, 2014.
Mr. O’Neal is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker holding clinical licensure in both the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. O’Neal obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Morgan State University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychometrics in the Psychology Department.
Ms. Dunn currently holds a B.S. in Psychology from Morgan State University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Service Administration from University of Baltimore.
Both have a passion for community work assisting children, adolescents and families. Sharing a passion for helping youth and young adults, they are visionaries of their own mentoring programs in Baltimore, MD. These two ambitious young professionals have joined forces to spread awareness on an issue that is often left undiscussed and unaddressed. It is their vision to move individuals from healing to wholeness.
